CLIENT SERVICING OFFICER
Reports to : Assistant Vice President for - Residential Development and Property Delivery
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing after-sales service duties such as:
Provides support to operations department
Responsible for transmittal of after-sales documents to Accounting and Documentation
Handles special requests of clients
Handles all client needs
Manages client concerns
Coordinates with turnover team for accounts that are due for turnover
Coordinates mainly with Accounting, Documentation, Loans and Turnover
Monitors and updates construction status
Performs general office administrative and clerical duties
Performs other related works as required
