What are the things expected of me?
Work closely with management to create a cohesive management team, committed to supporting and growing our team of Client Services Officers (CSOs)/ Financial Planning Assistants (FPAs)
Support the CSOs/FPAs to grow and develop- coaching, guiding, leading, creating and sharing knowledge & tools with team members individually and as a whole
Partner with the sales team to provide the very best onboarding experience for new clients.
Work alongside new team members until they are ready to fly on their own
Build and update procedure guides for Clients ensuring that their tasks are able to be completed efficiently.
How else can I contribute?
Help drive the company to success in accordance with our aggressive growth goals.
What are the proficiencies expected of me?
At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
At least 2 years of Client Service Officer / Financial Planning / Mortgage Broking experience for Australian Companies
Experience in a supervisory role is a PLUS!
Degree qualified (Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or equivalent practical experience)
Intermediate to Proficient Skill Level in: MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Clear and positive communication skills
ABSOLUTE attention to detail
