What is your mission
As a Client Service Associate, you will provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to advertising customers and offer consultative support.
You are also required to perform these job functions:
To provide post-sales customer service support / troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to the client's B2B customers
To support advertising customers and deliver consultative support
Perform data analysis to improve advertising customer experience and ensure higher return in investment
Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience
May take outbound calls as needed
Any additional duties that may be assigned based on business needs
Agents can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization
Agents can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party
Agents can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue given the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
Who are we looking for
Candidates must have completed at least 2 years in College or possess Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field. Professional Degree in Media related or Marketing will be an added advantage
Call Centre Experience: 2-3 years of customer support experience via phone, email, and chat
Omni Channel Experience is required (Phone, Chat, and Email)
Experience working with direct consumers B2C environment
Highly self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Technical Skills (must have knowledge on basic troubleshooting)
High attention to details and follow through
An effective team player who can also work independently
Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
