Primary Objectives:
To interact with the customers/clients in order to answer questions, resolve support issues, improve credibility, and nurture relationships.
Job Responsibilities: * Social media for client's personal IG account. Filtering messages, responding to direct messages and possibly posting on his behalf if requested
Comfortable using social media platforms including: YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
Researches companies that supply items as needed by the client matching preferred criteria such as locally or family owned, sustainably sourced, socially responsible, fair trade, etc. on an as needed basis
Email and Calendar moderation
Inbound and Outbound phone calls as needed
Note taking on meetings as requested
Qualifications: * Bubbly personality
Outgoing/comfortable asking questions
Creative/independent thinker
Go-getter
Organized
Detail Oriented
Multitasker
Proactive
Flexible
Active Listener
Empathetic
Experience with social media/instagram
3+ years experience in customer support
Excellent English
