We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and fun team in Davao City, Philippines.

Responsibilities
Support new users in new application modules based on company-standards
Accurately provide real-time support
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Facilitate all Knowledge Transfer activities both Internal and External Customers.
Trains and Evaluates Trainer's ability to initiate training for our Clients.
Creates, Modifies, and Updates Training Regimens to better equip support staff to train our clients.
Backup, check training materials periodically.
Manage the training record of the company.
Assist in conducting employee skill evaluations.
Pro-actively develop training sessions oriented on the development of product knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
Must be a college graduate, preferably a Health-related course or any equivalent studies
Experienced in a call center environment is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer and internet application skills
Must be pro-active and able to work with minimum supervision
Willingness and ability to take on new challenges and develop new skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Applicants must be willing to work in the night shift schedule
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
