JOB SUMMARY:
The position is responsible for managing overall client expectations and execution for Operations; and internal business directives from the Operations Director or Business Leader. CRM works hand-in-hand with the Operations Manager (OM), who does manage day-to-day operations / deliverables of the agent, team, and site requirements; maximizing productivity and efficiency in delivering world-class service, measured by Client End User Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, and Long Term Investor Value.
A CRM ensures that business objectives for the program are met by improving the overall client perception and relationship with the site as a vendor. A certain level of managing micro items may be needed; including managing certain groups of individuals under the directive of the Business Leader. The CRM takes care of all financial KPIs needing to be met by the site by balancing attainment of site metrics driven by Operations, growing the business by means of better client-vendor partnership, and maximizing revenue.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
·Open to Team Leaders and Operations Managers, from any program
·Must have exceptional client relations/services skills
·Highly preferred applicants with experience in data analytics (running pivot tables, understanding formulas, etc)
