Client of Samarpak Management Solutions a leading and oldest Advertising Agency in Pune.
Looking for a Client Relations Executive. To handle some of our important corporate clients. The purpose of the Client Relations Executive position is to increase the existing customer base for the company.
The primary focus of the Client Relations Executive is to locate and qualify new prospects and grow existing accounts by generating interest in the company's services and products.
JOB QUALIFICATION
We need a graduate, preferably an MBA, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a reputed Advertising Agency.
He/She should be thoroughly conversant with various aspects of marketing communication.
Previous experience in client servicing would be an added advantage.
Candidates with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
 
Responsibilities
Build relationships with key employees among customers.
Create plans to address clients' business needs.
Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
Dynamic and Focused freshers are also welcome.  We are looking for a focused and committed professional who can ensure customer delight.
