We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Client Analyst. The Client Analyst will play a key role in understanding client needs, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
Conduct thorough analyses of client needs, preferences, and challenges.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Utilize statistical and data visualization tools to present findings.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
Communicate analytical findings in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve client performance and satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective business strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies with client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and enhance overall client experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis and client-facing roles.
Strong proficiency in analytical tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time
With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
