Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following: Achieve personal development goals Must be familiar and comply with Deltek Information Solutions standards, practices, and procedures Fulfill other responsibilities related to client engagement Qualifications Must Have : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1 year or more of experience in the IT sales/telesales/customer service or equivalent experience Strong computer and internet skills, including MS Office, internet research, HTML and database skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal/telephone and written/electronic communication skills Has training or teaching experience Strong time management and organizational skills Enthusiastic, hardworking and pleasant attitude Able to work in the night shift (any time between 8pm to 9am) Nice to Have : Formal customer service training in the IT industry Knowledgeable in using tools like Gainsight, salesforce, RISE, proprofs, etc Federal Government Procurement industry knowledge, preferably in business development. Prior experience of marketing and/or market research in the IT industry Web training or software demonstration experience Experience in creating training content
