Job Description:
1. Responsible for establishing and developing relationships with VIP clients
2. Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
3. Responsible for case management (handling or IRCs) of VIP clients based on an established Service Level Agreement
4. Perform all duties in accordance with department and company's policies, practices, and procedures
Job Qualifications:
1. Graduate of any four-year course
2. Must have beyond pleasing personality and excellent social skills
3. Excellent customer service
4. Must have strong understanding of company's products or services and knowledge of their competition
5. With previous sales, business, or account management experience or customer relationship handling, coupled with knowledge of or experience in the same industry
6. Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms. Preferably can also communicate in Chinese language
7. Working knowledge of MS Office
