Role: Clicker Agent (HCI)
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance

Work set up: Work From Office
Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time
Responsibilities / Job Duties:
Hours of operations is 7am CTS till 7pm CST (Monday thru Friday).
Agents will need to log in TCN telephony as HCI clicker.
As dialog box appear with a phone number to initiate call, click OK to initiate call.
HCI clickers by clicking OK on dial box, initiates call to customer for employees on TCN dialer.
HCI clicker agents will not need to speak with any customers.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school completion.
Ability to log in TCN telephony and click OK on a dialog box to initiate call.
No voice needed for the position.
