We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to work on various admin tasks for our US client with a Cleaning Business. You will be working with the client directly so we need someone with an A++ level of English communication skills with high initiative. Please do not apply if you think you're not a good fit for the role.
This is a long-term position and we expect you to work with the client for many years.

As a Customer Service Manager, here are your qualities and tasks but are NOT limited to:
Customer Support (Answer phones, text, and email)
Employee communication (Coordinate with cleaners)
Possess a friendly and empathetic demeanor over the phone.
Scheduling
Sales (Answer all sales calls. Offer services to interested customers)
Ability to write clear and concise emails to prevent confusion.
Pacific Standard Time (10 AM - 7 PM)

Salary: $600-$900
