Job Description
We are looking to hire a Cleaner. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing of trash, changing linens and maintenance of any issues. You should be able have an eye for cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
Sweeping, and mopping floors.
Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
Notifying managers /school head of necessary repairs.
Collecting and disposing of trash.
Keeping the linen room stocked.
Monitoring of the said areas every now and then.
Requirements:
High school diploma.
Biodata/Resume
Brgy clearance or NBI or Police Clearance
Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Work well unsupervised.
Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
Hard worker.
Wage:
Minimum wage is 501/day (448+32)
Monday to Friday
Saturday if needed for Grand Residences units.
Working hours 8:30 to 5:30 pm

Rooms A4L and A4F
Townhouse
