Job Description
Cleaning all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
Sweeping and mopping floors....
Operate trash compactor and dishwasher, clean, wash and store pots, pans and dishes.
Washed dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
Placed clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
Maintained kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Stocked supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
At least 2-5-years' experience as a Cleaner for the kitchen
Must have a Vocational Course on related field
Candidates must have passport.
Can communicate in English language.
Ability to stand for extended periods
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Sound knowledge of food safety regulations
Proven experience cleaning in kitchen setting
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Candidates must be highly responsible and reliable.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
