Australian midsized company is seeking the services of an experienced Insurance Claims Support to join our team. We offer the opportunity to further your career as the company grows!
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Liaise with the Insurer/Insured/Office Staff in respect to claim lodgement through emails and phone calls.
• Respond to all client's queries and concerns in a timely manner and escalate them if necessary.
• Pro-actively follow up all active claims and provide status to both parties.
• Log in all conversation in Winbeat to ensure all communication from different parties are properly documented.
• Uphold the highest level of customer service, ensuring our clients' receive a seamless claims experience.
• Files all correspondence to Organiseit for compliance.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Insurance claims experience
• Strong English communication skills both verbal & written
• Work with minimal supervision
