2. Processes all received claims;
3. Updates claims database every time processed claims have new status;
4. Coordinates with Medical Underwriting Consultant claims that needs medical expert opinion;
5. Attends to agents and clients queries regarding status of their claims;
6. Performs other tasks as required by immediate superior and/or higher Management.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Biology, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Psychology or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduate to at least 1 Year of working experience.
3. Preferably 1 year experience in Related field, Healthcare/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
4. Must be willing to work in Cagayan De Oro City
