CIVIL SITE ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering or related course. Licensed or non licensed.
With at least 2 years or more experience in site and handling construction projects.
Must be knowledgeable estimations for timescales and project controls.
Responsible in monitoring day to day work progress for a project and must provide accurate weekly and monthly reports.
Must make comparisons between planned progress and actual progress and report any differences to their lead project manager.
Must oversee the project planning , inventory services, cost control , team leadership and project management.
Must know how to manage overall project communications on critical part for the success of the company.
Must be a good project management leader, possess a good team work , mathematical skills and communication skills.
Willing to be assign anywhere. Can start immediately.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates schedules for project and employee shifts.
Supervision and evaluation of contractors and other employees on-site.
Solving technical , safety or legal issues that may arise in site.
Ensure employees adhere to legal and safety protocols and regulations.
Managing , designing , developing , creating and maintaining construction projects.
Conducting on site investigations and analyzing data.
Assessing potential risk, materials and costs.
Conduct on site investigation and analyze data (maps, reports, test drawings and other)
Assess potential risk , materials and costs.
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
