Job Description
Analyze tender documents and prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals.
Identify risks, recommend cost-saving strategies, and ensure competitive pricing.
Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and subcontractors for accurate cost data.
Develop budgets, track cost performance, and ensure compliance with contracts.
Improve estimation processes, adopt best practices, and stay updated on industry trends.
Maintain organized records and provide reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree or certifications (e.g., Cost Estimation, PMP, RICS) are a plus.
8-10 years of experience in civil estimation, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Expertise in tendering, bidding, and cost estimation for large-scale civil projects.
Proficient in estimation software (e.g., CCS Candy, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Revit, SAP).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, BOQ preparation, pricing, and FIDIC contracts.
