CIVIL ENGINEERS
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering
Preferably with Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Site Supervision, Estimate, Word and Excel Programs
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
General Function:
To provide technical assistance to FGCI’s Construction Department in terms of supervising various construction projects
Duties and Responsibilities:
To inspect and analyze the plans and specifications of proposed construction projects;
If assigned in field work, to supervise activities at job sites, including the work of foremen;
To monitor and make requests on equipment, tools, and materials needed at the project site;
To quantify and encode the accomplishment and scope of work of laborers and subcontractors;
To analyze various factors concerning project construction;
To coordinate with relevant internal departments for wide ranging concerns;
To ensure that all rules, regulations and guidelines are explicitly followed at the project sites;
To prepare all the necessary documentation and ensure that they are kept intact and updated;
To review and recommend work process improvements as necessary;       
To promote a positive work environment that contributes to increasing efficiency and productivity in the department;                                               
To perform other duties as assigned.
