Managing multiple estimates simultaneous projects in various phases in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer is advantage
3+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
2+ years of estimating experience
With project site management experience
Extensive knowledge of estimating techniques cost control, and material pricing.
Experienced with design-build and design-bid-build projects
Strong all-around knowledge of civil site work, access construction, and earthwork
Ability to managing multiple estimates simultaneous projects in various phases in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills highly competent, self-driven and have passion for excellence
Strong sense of urgency and initiative. Able to quickly study and react to complex issues.
Team player with excellent diplomatic and communication skills can handle and resolve conflicts effectively in a firm but fair manner.

Able to work independently and in a collaborative remote team-oriented environment
Competency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project), Expert Level Excel, basic CAD Skills, and proficient using other construction, estimation, and coordination software tools
