KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
A) Education:
Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
B) Experience & Competencies:
With at least one year of work experience in land development projects;
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and other various computer programs;
Must be keen to details;
With excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills;
With strong written and verbal communication skills.
