DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to determine the viability of projects.
Design and create plans for various infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, buildings, water supply systems, sewage systems, and more.
Use engineering software and tools to develop detailed project blueprints and specifications.
Supervise and manage construction activities, ensuring they adhere to the design specifications and regulations.
Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure that all projects adhere to local, national, and international building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.
Monitor costs throughout the project to ensure they stay within the budget.
Implement safety measures to ensure the well-being of workers and the public.
Ensure that construction materials and methods meet the required quality standards.
Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality and integrity of work.
Collaborate with architects, urban planners, contractors, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive project plan.
Incorporate environmentally friendly practices into project designs and construction methods.
Perform structural analysis to ensure the safety and stability of buildings, bridges, and other structures.
Plan and implement maintenance and rehabilitation programs for existing infrastructure to prolong their lifespan and functionality.
Maintain thorough documentation of project plans, designs, reports, and correspondence.
Generate progress reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is an advantage.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for his position.
Required competencies: Analysis, Project Management, Process Improvement, Documentation Skills.
