Communicate with higher/responsible personnel on issues concerning specifications engineering interpretation and explanations supply of items, and items of work.
Attending Pre Bid meetings and completing Bidding Documents.
Creating Estimates for Bidding Requirements.
Knowledgable in C.E Design.
