Job Descriptions
Will be in charge with the cost estimates needed on each project (requirement for bank, building permit, construction reference and change orders of client)
Will be the in house civil/structural engineer for consultation referring to structural plans and site concerns.
In charge of counter checking the plans made by other Engineers.
Give professional opinions regarding construction concerns.
Performs structural analysis and design using different structural analysis software. Conduct site inspection as required for the project.
Prepare structural design calculations for building permit purposes.
Job Qualifications
Licensed Civil / Structural Engineer.
Must have an experience in construction.
Well verse in cost estimations and familiar with construction materials.
Can do and provide structural plans (Signed and Sealed), structural analysis for building permit requirements.
Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp, and STAAD.
With experience on site monitoring and actual execution.
Well versed in structural plans, structural analysis, cost estimation and bill of materials.

Education:

Civil Engineering: 3 years (Preferred)
Cost Estimation: 3 years (Required)
Structural Analysis: 3 years (Required)
Structural Plans: 3 years (Preferred)
Bill of Materials: 3 years (Preferred)
Residential Project / Mass housing: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
