Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides necessary technical on-site solutions.
Coordinates with owner, architect, and other respective designers for construction issues.
Projects and prepares estimates of materials, schedule of work required on project.
Coordinate with department for Statement of Work accomplished for his/her respective construction sites.
Makes sure that project is done on time and on budget, according to the projected schedule.
Coordinates the preparation of billing of his/her projects.
Liquidates and reports expenses appropriately and on time.
Supervises and monitors the work of his/her personnel on site.
Submission of daily and weekly reports to his/her respective superiors.
Checks overtime slip prepared by site foreman.
Implements Quality Control Program of client.
Generates all reports connected to his/her process as provided for by the Quality Management System of the company.
Performs other relevant tasks that may be necessary or assigned from time to time.
Complies with the ISO management system as implemented by the company.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Knowledge: AutoCAD
