Civil Engineer (job order/contract of service) - north areaDepartment of Transportation - Government

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil).
Must be a Licensed Engineer.
Minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be willing to work within Pampanga
Duties and Responsibilities:
Relative and Substantial experience: Coordination (Excellent communication and people skills), Project Control (scheduling, resource allocation, financial reviews/quantity surveys), Structural Design, Construction of Horizontal Structures
Plans Interpretation, Site Accomplishment Monitoring, People Skills
Must be organized, adept at tracking and monitoring, and confident in verbal communication
Supervise all the Civil Engineers.
Maintain project calendar and milestones;
Review and prepare progress/status reports;
Check all Civil Works' plans, design, and specifications and formulate recommendation to the Senior Engineer;
Inspect projects in the field to assure quality of work in accordance with plans, specifications and contract provisions;
Recommend or take remedial measures to resolve problem areas in the implementation of his assigned project;
To conduct site visits, stakeholder consultations, or to attend meetings with any relevant agency, institution or party, or to attend any matter, whether in or outside of Metro Manila or the Philippines, as maybe required by this Department or as may be necessary in the discharge of his duties under this contract; and
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
