We have an opportunity for a Civil Drafteras a remote workshare employee as part of our Digital Design I Business group that will see you involved in
Preparation of 2D design drawings using Micostation and other design/drafting software in the field of civil engineering to specific mining Clients design and drafting standards
Collaborating with engineers and senior designers on various technical tasks
Compliance with GHD's Corporate Drafting Manual and other relevant systems, tools and processes
Cad-conforming drawings using our Clients cad-builts
Managing time allocated to given tasks and working to deadlines
We are looking for the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in a consulting industry
Proficiency in the use of BentleyMicroStation
Working knowledge of BHP and other mining company drafting and documentation standards
Proficient working knowledge of CAD Conform
Background in the mining industry is desirable
Good working knowledge of civil drafting and design principles used in producing final documentation.
An organized approach to meeting deadlines
The ability to collaborate and be an adaptable team
