Description
Job Overview
• Responsible for maintaining geographically distributed servers and virtualized infrastructures, maintaining and enhancing system functions, stable networks, communicating with end-users, upgrading systems, constantly updating job knowledge, applying changes to internally developed software, tracking infrastructure, protecting the integrity of the organization, and mentoring junior employees. Operate remote user and server installation of applications. Responsible for system administration, server management, and antivirus updates management
Qualifications
• At least 5 or more years of work experience in production support and maintenance of multisite Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop deployments
• Strong understanding of a large server environment (Windows, Unix, Linux, Mainframe)
• With PBX and VOIP experience (Avaya, etc.)
• Experience with desktop builds, including security hardening and optimization
• Troubleshooting skills on Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Client developed applications
• Amenable to work in Cebu, IT Park
• Can work on Nightshift/Graveyard Schedule
• Can start ASAP
