Job Description
1. Establish knowledge of metrology processes and semiconductor process such Encapsulation, Laser Mark, Ball attach, Reflow Oven, Package saw singulation and Final Inspection AOI.
2. Extensive knowledge of the techniques and methods to setup, monitoring semiconductor process performance such quality deviation (QDN), yield, customer complaint (EFAR, MPE)
3. Strong troubleshooting skill, analytical, and communication
4. Lead Process, Equipment and Yield engineering team
5. Drive cost saving projects through improve yield, UPH, wastage.
6. Drive process capability, upgrade, reusability, sustainability, SMED & stability.
7. Define BKM and SOP for sustainable process engineering. Process on SPC and CPK.
8. Cultivate engineering step functional improvement for quality, reliability & yield targets, and status-quo challenges.
9. Lead in knowledge guru programs, to up-skill workforce productivity & agility
10. Equipment system automation drives for head reduction and implement less human dependent process. Includes auto gate vision inspection, assembly open/short tester, process step simplification, snap over cure etc
11. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 15 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic); Engineering(Mechanical); Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Excellent oral and written skills in English
8-15 years' industrial experience and above with 5-8 years equipment engineering experience
Good understanding of all phases of operations
Knowledge in IC technologies, fabrication, customer process and application.
Effective management and leadership skills.
Help build and maintain effective teams.
Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
Effective communication skills.
