Merchant Services is the global payment processing business for JPMorgan. Merchant Services is the world's leading merchant acquirer with over $1 trillion in annual transaction volume. Merchant Services is a leading provider of payment, fraud and data security for companies large and small and capable of authorizing transactions in more than 130 currencies.
Within MS Client Services and Implementation team is the Global Contract Administration team. The Global Contract Analyst is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all contractual documentation required for various new opportunities and modifications to existing business and new business including creation of a systemic pricing schedule that will be used for merchant billing and activate once quality control process has been completed. They may participate on internal projects, perform user acceptance and/or assist in training and the creation of procedures.
The Global Contract Analyst I works with the team members to assist in operational processes as well as in-line quality assurance functions. This role requires Merchant Services experience and will include, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Working day to day daily task functions with high level of accuracy, as well as use a working knowledge of all areas to support functions
Ensure all merchant agreements, amendments, schedules and related contract documents are accurate and properly executed in accordance with policy and procedure
Update fee schedules per the direction of the Account Executive indicated by the fee schedule input form or pricing model
Work cohesively with team members to ensure that timelines requested are met
Work cross functionally to drive pricing and billing accuracy in relation to product offerings, pricing agreements and Card Network requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
At least 1 year of related experience in Merchant Services and/or pricing, billing is a plus
Able to adapt quickly to changing and/or competing priorities while working in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, concentration and accuracy are necessary for performing tasks
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Office Products such as Word and Excel
Access, and business presentation tools such as Power Point & PitchPro a plus
Knowledge of SharePoint
