Job Description:
As a Reference Data Analyst in Client Account Services - Custody Initiations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of client requests involving Account Opening, Maintenance and Closure in multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
Process client requests based on instructions provided using appropriate Smartforms
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the completion of each request, evidencing checks done following procedures
Provide effective communication to the clients/ stakeholders to ensure that requirements, timelines and expectations are properly set
Coordinate with downstream processes to provide information needed and prioritize requests according to business needs
Participate in various change projects and contribute in strategic programs in Custody
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Operational subject matter expertise in Reconciliation, Trade Support, Risk and Control, and Custody
Strong ability to learn ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processes
Strong risk and control awareness, including ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines
Confident communication skills in all mediums to both internal and external clients
Strategic thinking; Able to review and implement process improvements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
