We are looking for a CI Coordinator in Eaton's Electrical Business, based in Santo Tomas, Batangas. This role will support the developing and deploying CI strategy for PQPH & ELX PH. Support plant on CI culture promotion, plant CI transformation plan and the implementation of both plants' ELSS plan. Assist in training the team to effectively use all ELSS tools to support plant development plans and achieve business goals. Coordinate with both plants' CI Team to promote and engage employees to CI mindset.
The key responsibilities will include:
Assist in developing and deploying CI strategy & transformation plan aligned for both sites
Assist plant CI team to develop annual operations plan for plant
Deploy applicable CI tools to support plant goals
Support annual VSM event for plant level and guide product/department level VSMs
Assist in driving transactional projects through BPI to improve business process
Support deployment of the CI tool/process standardization
Support in driving campus level cost out, assist in facilitating IDB workshop when necessary, building up project pipeline and drive execution
Assist in the EBS PULL workshop to identify key projects at plant levels, coordinate with the sites to monitor progress and make sure achieve target goals
Support on analyzing cell & manufacturing layout, capacity, line balancing and facilitate to work out the improvements for productivity
Assist to coordinate active participation on CI communication (eg. Newsletter, Yammer, Best Practice Sharing etc.) to promote CI culture within the campus to pursue the operational excellence via CI approach
Understand and be familiar with the operational system maturity roadmap to be support the achievement of maturity level targets of both sites
Understand and coordinate OpA, ELSS and CIF assessment, track actions and follow up on execution & effectiveness check for both sites
Qualifications
If you have/are:
Bachelor's degree or above
1-2 years' work experience in CI (Lean manufacturing) or Industrial Engineering job
Knowledge of IE, Project management will be a plus
Familiar with operation process, including product, material, and information flow
Practical, hands-on knowledge, experiences in CI, i.e., Lean and Six Sigma, and/ or IE
Have Can-do attitude and passion to win
Good at communication and internal coordination
Good in English, verbal and written
Good analytical capability
