Job Description
-Excellently execute churn save/ churn management programs, enhancing churn save channels and addressing fallouts in the flowthrough to ensure we retain our customers
-To assist in planning, designing, executing and continuously improving the performance of churn save initiatives, and customer retention experience
-Owns Churn and NSP rates

Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degreefrom a college or university
At least 2 years of work experience in brand/product/marketing (preferably but not limited to telco, e-commerce, tech, banking) in an officer or expert level
Strong interpersonalskills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
