Description
Job Purpose: Carries out all master level chiller operational maintenance and troubleshooting functions to include: HVAC systems, chilled water systems, split refrigeration,/Dx, VAV, FCU, PIU, fume hoods, exhaust fans, gas heaters, chillers, cooling towers, controls, air compressors, Freon, chemical treatments, ice machines and filters. Prioritizes workload, sets deadlines, and schedules work assignments for HVAC staff.
• Lead, plan and supervise activities of lower level HVAC staff.
• Complete all operational, maintenance, and troubleshooting functions of chillers and refrigeration systems (to include, but not limited to chillers, cooling towers, pumps, valves, controls, etc.) and associated support equipment.
• Test and troubleshoot components of pneumatic and electronic control systems and natural gas and/or propane burner and supply system.
• Maintain records, assignments and other administrative documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
