Description
Qualifications:
1. Duly Registered Pharmacist
2. With at least 5 years experience as Pharmacist (2 years in supervisory position)
3. Excellent knowledge in FDA, DOH-CHD and PDEA regulatory policies and compliance
4. Preferably with MS units
5. Experience in compounding chemo drugs (preferred)
6. Willing to relocate in Bay, Laguna
Basic job description:
1. Plan, coordinate and supervise the work of personnel involved in compounding and dispensing of medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals and in purchase, storage and inventory of stocks for patients care.
2. Assure compliance will all legal and regulatory requirements to effectively render hospital pharmacy services. (DOH, PDEA, FDA)
3. Establish policies and procedures to improve pharmacy services
4. Responsible for the semi-annual reports submission on Dangerous Drugs
5. Maintains regular inventory of Dangerous drugs/ Narcotics in order that stocks always tally and carefully checking the expiration date
6. Supervise purchasing, receiving, paying for and prescription reporting of medications
7. Supervise, manage train new staff and give proper guidance and apprentices
8. Directly report all department concerns to the Chief Operations Officer
9. Compound chemo medicines and pharmacovigilance.
10. Other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time
