Job Overview
Overall in-charge of day-to-day administration and operations of the business. Ensures smooth running of operations, leads new initiatives and coordinates with the different divisions/functions to ensure effective communication and collaboration leading to a high level of operational excellence
Responsibilities and Duties
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of Santé International, both in the Philippines and other countries, specifically in the area of Operations (Warehousing and Distribution), Customer Experience/Service, Compliance, Office & Facilities Administration
• Develops and implements strategic, innovations and operating plans to support the company's short and long term outlook
• Ensures defined operational and financial targets are met
• Ensures effective implementation of inventory and warehousing system and distribution/logistic processes in support of the defined supply/value chain.
• Establish and manage efficient business systems and processes.
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors related to operations
• Ensures compliance to all business, products and regulatory requirements
• Ensures high level of customer service is delivered to the business owners and customers at all times leading to a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensures effective communication and resolution of issues with customers
• Maintains safety, security and facilities standards in all offices and warehouse
• Provides relevant management reports and data analytics covering set operational KPIs
• Works closely with IT Department to ensure implementation of effective systems to establish a high level of customer satisfaction, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reports to the Executive Committee on operational performance and strategy implementations.
Qualifications
• Education level - Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. With Post Graduate Diploma/MBA degree, an advantage
• Experience - With atleast 3 years work experience and with proven track record as a COO
• Specific skills/competence & Personal Characteristic
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Effective Project Management Skills
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Business knowledge and background in the direct selling business, an advantage
• Working knowledge of data analysis, budgeting and performance/operation metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
