Responsible for the overall management of nursing services. Ensures consistent provision of safe and quality of patient care through an effective human resource allocation and management, nursing education and continuous learning, integration of research in the clinical practice and establishment of nursing quality systems.
Works under regular business hours, maybe required to travel or visit other affiliate hospitals under the Mount Grace Hospitals group.

A. Qualifications and Training Requirements
1. Holder of Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree in Nursing Administration2. Current licensure as a registered nurse in the Philippines
B. Skills and Competencies
1. At least 5-year experience in Administration of Nursing Service or its equivalent2. Good moral character and good interpersonal relationship with other members of the health team.3. Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate4. With the ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement new ideas or systems.5. With the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while performing duties.
