Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct meetings with subordinates to ensure clear understanding of job description
Coordinate annual lecture with the nursing services regarding patient care procedures of the Center.
Plan and project the annual budget of the of the Center in coordination with the Center Head.
Sign and verify received sale invoice from the different medical supplier
Prepare report as needed by the Institute
Organize monthly work rotation and schedule of both the technical and non-technical staff in the Center
Represent or assign representative to attend hospital organized events and meetings
Supervise the performance of Nuclear Medicine procedure
Ensures the ALARA program of PNRI is duly implemented in the Center
Maintain record of radioactive exposure of both technical and non-technical personnel to ensure limits of radiation workers are not exceeded.
Monitor the periodic quality control and maintenance of the machines used in the Center.
Monitor and control the amount of radioisotope materials stored in the Center to not exceed the limit as required by the PNRI.
Monitor and ensure the safe disposal of radioisotope wastes in the Center
Conducts performance evaluation of all technical and non-technical staff with collaboration with the Center Head.
Investigate and evaluate unavoidable circumstances that may arise in the Center such as machine problem, patient inquiries or issue etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
Registered Medical Technologist or Radiologic Technologist (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist is an advantage)
Preferably With at least 9 units of Master's Degree
Licensed Radioactive handler by PNRI
With certification on RTTC and/or CMR Training
Broad knowledge on Nuclear Medicine Procedure
Proven experience on Nuclear Medicine Facility (supervisory position preferred)
Certified Radiation Safety Officer (preferred but not required)
Good administrative and supervisory skills
willing to relocate in Bay, Laguna
