Job Description
Chief Financial Officer - Premier Real Estate, Makati City, Philippines Our client in real estate development is looking for a Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate who will be responsible for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. The successful candidate will manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting on monthly basis, in a timely and accurate manner. The CFO will also be responsible for all bank covenant calculations and reporting to lenders; and for analyzing all real estate deals, including projections and returns on investment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related business course, master's degree a plus
Certified Public Accountant, preferred
Ten years related experience in the real estate development or property management industry (residential and/ or commercial real estate)
Experience in putting together investment acquisition deals with preferred lenders and investors
Must have experience in acquiring and managing development loans
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent communications skills, including effective executive-level presentation
Willingness to be based in Makati City, Philippines
