JOB QUALIFICATION:
*At least Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
*CPA Designation & Masters Degree in Business Administration or Management is an advantage.
*At least five (5) years of related experience in a managerial role.
*Trustworthy & Good moral character is a must.
*Excellence in verbal & written communication skills.
*Above average keen to details skills.
*Ability to build a strong working relationships with other department heads.
*Managing all the section heads that she's handling.
*Possesses time management skills & ability to finish work on time.
*Excellent analytical and technical skills.
*Updated knowledge of the current financial & accounting computer applications.
*Excellence in Microsoft Excel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Plan, lead, organize and control the Finance Department.
*Provide the management a relevant, accurate and timely financial repots & analysis of results in a operational manner.
*Learn & understand the company's risk & liquidity.
*Monitor the daily cash basis position of the company.
*Maximize profitability by recommending actions to be taken on idle assets, excess cash available for investments and ideal stock inventory levels for drugs, medicines & supplies.
*Safeguard the company assets & properties.
*Maintain the company's records on individual stockholders, equity and related transaction such as but not limited to payment of dividends.
*Prepare the annual Financial Report presentation to the stockholders meeting.
*Prepare the various materials needed in the election our Board of Directors considering the issues and concerns of our stockholders. Tallying the votes for declaration of our top seven (7) stockholders to be announced as newly elected Board of Directors.
*Ensures the compliance to all government requirements particularly payment of taxes, remittance of collections for the government such as withholding tax SSS premiums, PHILHEALTH, PAGIBIG and others.
*Compliance to the company policies and procedures.
*Develop associates for future superior of the Finance Department.
*Related task that may be assigned by the Medical Director or Board of Directors.
