We are a well-established furniture manufacturing company supplying products to international markets, with a strong export presence-particularly to the United States. As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Chief Finance Manager to lead our Finance and Accounting functions.
 
Position Overview:
 
The Chief Finance Manager will oversee the entire Finance and Accounting sections under the Administration Department. This role requires deep familiarity with manufacturing cost structures, inventory, export processes, import requirements, and tax compliance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and develop both Finance and Accounting teams.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for:
§  Locally purchased goods and supplies
§  Imported raw materials and equipment
§  Government dues, taxes, and regulatory fees
Oversee export-related financial documentation and compliance, especially for US-bound shipments.
Maintain strong internal controls, accurate financial records, and adherence to reporting standards.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and government agencies.
Provide strategic financial insights to support operational efficiency and cost control.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience managing Finance and Accounting in a furniture exporting company (required).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, export processes, import regulations, and taxation.
Proven leadership ability and experience handling cross-functional finance teams.
Proficient in financial systems, ERP tools, and standard reporting software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
