Job Description
To be responsible and take full responsibility for all aspects of the MEP operations. Handling repair and maintenance of all plant machinery and control list of spare parts and materials for efficient stores stores and inventory control
to directly supervise MEP Engineering team, Handling maintenance mechanic and take the necessary action. To assist Director of Engineering immediately in any un-usual events occurred whether it is in respect of the engineering operation.
Assists in creation and implementation of rooms, spa and public are, preventive maintenance programs, Must posses excellent organizational and administrative skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 15 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Supervise programs involving MEP systems and general construction, repair and maintenance of the existing facility and equipment operation of plant utilities. Hires, disciplines, counsels, trains Engineering Staff.
Assigns, supervises and verifies completion of routine maintenance and operation of physical structure of hotel, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems & other related equipment which contributes to the safe & effective operation of facilit
Communicates effectively with city officials, to ensure proper maintenance of permits & licenses, coordinating inspections with the appropriate department. Acts as a liaison between hotel and vendors to review latest in hotel technology and products
