About the role
The Chief Engineer - Product will lead product engineers in the analysis of final test performance for effective identification of developing defect trends or potential quality issues (yield, OCAP) related to Test-detected hold lots and driving for fab & assembly improvements.
What you will do
Leads the implementation of effective statistical methods (PAT, SYL, SBL) to detect maverick lots, support effective scoping and provide disposition
Leads continuous enhancement of Product Risk assessment system & escalation tools
Leads product engineers in Test electrical data and test signals analysis for Hold lots, Change management (fab- , assembly-, and test process or material changes) and customer complaints
Interfaces closely with BG Test/ Product and site Test Engineering for Test screening, firewall enhancement initiatives and Test hold lots LRR and disposition cycle time improvement
Represents Product engineering in the Manufacturing-Equipment-Engineering-Quality (MEEQ) daily Test Hold lots review, disposition and risk assessment
Leads Product engineering improvement projects and creates report for roadmap of actions
Creates reports for performance tracking and monitoring of non-conforming lots, test firewalls and primary product engineering metrics
Mentors other product engineers
Represents Nexperia PH in site standardization projects
What you will need
Graduate of Engineering course (ECE, EE, ME)
At least 10 years experience in IC or PMOS semiconductor Assembly or Test process (Wafer test, Final test)
Job roles in Test Product Engineering or Product engineering preferred
Background on PMOS/Power MOSFET testing
Familiar with data analysis tool (Spotfire, Power BI, JMP, Minitab, etc)
Data Analytics - statistical tools
Leadership skills (leading test product engineers and/ or cross-functional teams to drive or implement improvement programs)
Strong English communication and presentation skills
