QUALIFICATION
Eligibility :
Career Service Professional / Appropriate Eligibility for Second Level Position
Education :
Master's degree of Certification in Leadership and Management from CSC
Training :
Forty (40) hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention underaken within the last five (5) years
Work Experience :
Four (4) years of supervisory/management experience
