Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
30%- Directs, supervises and manages the operations, activities and programs of the Regional Financial and Administrative Services Division
15%- Directs the implementation of HR/Personnel, Financial and Supply/Property Management related policies, rules and regulations
15%- Formulates, reviews and finalizes policy recommendations and guidelines relative to financial, personnel and administrative matters
10%- Recommends improvement to existing and/or introduces new systems and procedures related to financial and administrative matters
5%- Monitors and evaluates all activities of the FASD
5%- Consolidates and analyzes financial and administrative reports submitted by the operating units
5%- Establish and maintains linkages with parties outside FASD in connection with the delivery of financial and administrative services
5%- Directs and supervises the implementation of ISO especially on the support services
5%- Oversees the secretariat work in the RFASD for the different committees and
5%- Performs other related functions as maybe assigned/authorized.
