SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Directs and supervises the study and analysis of personnel programs, policies and procedures relative to recruitment, selection and placement;
Coordinates and supervises the activities of personnel in providing agencies under the Department with guides and standards in personnel management and promoting and maintaining career and employee development programs;
Advises the Department Service Chief on matters regarding personnel policies and procedures;
Establishes personnel information systems in the Department;
Conducts periodic personnel audit in the Sectoral Offices under the Department to ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines on placement and submits recommendation on the result of the audit;
Performs such other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga (Shuttle services to and from Clark shall be provided at identified pick-up and drop-off locations in Metro Manila.)
Will report 10 hours a day under a four-day workweek schedule, or 8 hours a day under a five-day workweek scheduled, whenever applicable.
Wiling to render overtime services as needed.
