Statement (revenue and expense), Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, on a monthly, quarterly
and annual basis and include appropriate analysis of fixed and variable expenses for each project and to provide management with all the necessary information required in project evaluation.
2. Checks/maintain and analyze entries in the General Ledger accounts. Consolidates entries
recorded on a monthly basis in the Cash Receipts Books, Cash Disbursements Book,
General Journal Book and Accounts Payable Voucher Book.
3. Supervises the accounting personnel in the preparation, validation and accomplishment of
the following: Cash Disbursement Vouchers, Cash Receipts, Journal Vouchers, Payment Order, Bank Reconciliation, APV reconciliation, A/P and A/R Reconciliation, Lapsing schedules and Consumption report.
4. Prepares daily cash position report for submission to VP Golf Development on a weekly
basis.
5. Monitors the compliance of various government rules and regulations and the necessary
reportorial requirements.
6. Review and monitor compliance to project contract obligations and requirements relative to
its finance and accounting requirements.
7. Check all billings, confirms deduction and ensures the timely collection of project fees.
8. Checks inventory reports and consumption submitted by projects. Monitors and maintains
records of inventories of all project sites and supervises monthly reconciliation of inventory report (per book). Initiates/conducts annual inventory counts.
9. Checks Lapsing Schedules and sees to it that the same are properly taken up in the General
Journal Book.
10. Performs any related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by
the immediate superiors consistent with the purpose of this role.
