Description
Monitors quality of feed products through physico-chemical analysis of raw materials and ingredients/additives, in-process and finished products. Feeds Analysis and Quality Control 1. Conducts physico-chemical analysis of raw materials and ingredients, incoming as well as stored and used in feeds production. 2. Ensures that proper quality control actions (based on analytical/test results) pertaining to raw materials, finished products and pre-mixes usage are systematically effected. 3. Conducts assessment and analysis of feeds pre-mix, raw materials and ingredients/additives. 4. Conducts assessment and analysis of feeds and feedstuff samples classified as 'Customer Complaint' and special samples that include 'Suppliers Submissions', 'Competitors' Product Monitoring or Field' samples, etc. 5. Prepares and submits appropriate reports as required.
