JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Conduct and run lube oil analysis tests according to appropriate standards (ASTM and ISO). Perform routine oil analysis tests
Maintain routine documentation including sample sheet entries, sample results documentation, instrument calibration log sheet, and maintenance log sheet
Record data precisely and accurately
Development, modification, verification, and validation of methods
Perform daily or monthly instrument calibration and standardization
Timely monitoring and reporting of equipment due for maintenance
Timely monitoring and coordination to warehouse regarding stocks (monthly min/max stock)
Monthly monitoring of oil disposal; properly tagged prior to disposal
Submission of sample test results within the prescribed turnaround time
Maintain complete documentation of test results
Follow laboratory rules
Do laboratory-specific administrative task

JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 4-year course graduate of Chemist/Chemical Engineer/Chemical Technician (Licensed Chemist or Licensed Chemical Technician is REQUIRED)
At least 6 months experience in a related field but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good laboratory skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Has good presentation skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
A team player and has good organizational and multi-tasking skills
Must be flexible, persistent, can work under pressure, and willing to render overtime
Innovative and has initiative, and can work with minimum supervision
Has good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
