In the department of REFINING SOLDER, we produce the highest quality of recycled ground metal through our cultivated technology. This has led to the trust of our customers for sixty four (65) years since our company's founding. In order to meet the needs of recycled solder ground metal in various fields, our company is constantly researching new ways of removing impurities from metals. At the same time, producing higher quality products.
The processed goods produced from tin and lead are used in the fields of electronics, casting, jewelry & fashion, accessories, radiators, and others. The products we produce are selected materials rigidly inspected by our Quality Control personnel to ensure reliability and satisfaction of our products. We, at O.M. Job Description Job Description:
1. Monitoring of machine calibration and doing periodic quality control checks.
2. Implementing improvements to quality control process or SOP's that lead to overall increases in product quality.
3. Working together with Production Leaders to discuss manufacturing problems and solutions to quality issues.
4. Assessing the products quality on how to meet the standard range.
5. Training of new quality control employees.
6. Ensure that the engineering controls are well functioned by doing job orders to measure its efficiency.
7. Investigating causes of quality problems and proposing solutions.
8. Scheduling quality control plan along with quality teams to meet production deadlines and on time delivery.
9. Monitor and ensures the proper wearing of PPE in QC designated chemical area.
10. Ensure that area of 7's are well maintained in the laboratory.
11. Report directly to Production Manager any untoward events/activities encountered within the section.
12. Monitoring and checking of Monthly Inventory of the OES metal control samples, standard solution, chemicals and machine parts.
13. Ensures that Material Analysis Report made after every analysis is properly encoded and samples are well classified based on analysis result and material classification.
14. Ensures that the quality declared in the Delivery Report fulfilled the standard requirement for client and company requirement prior to delivery.
15. Monitoring quality of In-process material and coordinates to Production Leaders any abnormalities encountered in the result.
16. Scheduling of machines preventive maintenance and coordinate to purchasing in-charge regarding the availability schedule of the Engineer that will conduct the said maintenance.
17. Perform special test of sample which came from the President, General Manager and or Company Client.
18. Teamwork, reporting, multi-tasking, timeliness, product knowledge, technical, product testing, communication and innovation.
Job Qualifications Job description
Qualifications:
Ø Graduate of BS Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering
Ø With experienced and with calid PRC license
Ø Can operate ICPE-9820, Spectro (OES) and Autotitrator
Ø Standard Solution Preparation and Calibration
Ø Must be computer literate especially in MS Office particularly in MS Excel
Ø Possessing leadership skills.
Ø Can do multitasking activities
Ø Can work in a minimal supervision
Compensation 25000
Compensation Range ₱20,000 - ₱30,000
